We are a small Melbourne studio, and we treat your details the way we would want ours treated. We collect only what an order needs, and we don鈥檛 sell or share them with anyone who isn鈥檛 helping us deliver it.
What we collect
When you order we ask for your name, email, phone number, delivery and postal addresses, and anything you choose to tell us in the order notes. Alongside that we keep the order itself (the pieces, dates and amounts) so we can look after your hire and answer questions about it later.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe on their secure payment page. Your card number never reaches our website and we never see or store it; Stripe tells us only that the payment succeeded. Stripe handles your card under its own privacy policy.
How we use your details
To do exactly what you asked: confirm your order by email, deliver your pieces, remind you when a hire is due home, and reach you if something about your order needs a conversation. We don鈥檛 add you to marketing lists, and we won鈥檛 email you about anything other than your order unless you ask us to.
Who else sees them
Only the services that make your order happen, and only the part they need: Stripe for payment, the delivery carrier for your address, and our email service for sending your confirmations. We never sell your details, and we don鈥檛 share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Keeping and correcting
We keep order records for as long as we need them for the business鈥檚 own records and obligations. If you would like to know what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it removed where we are able to, just ask. Message us on Instagram and we will sort it out.
